earthquakeSimulator

To choose from historical earthquakes with known parameters or from a created earthquake defining its physical characteristics (epicenter, depth, magnitude, length).

To choose a number of events complementary to the main disaster:

· fires

· schools collapsing

· hospitals collapsing

· bridges collapsing

To choose the moment each event will start

The trainer brings his script in the simulation core that will simulate the earthquake and its complementary events and propose them to the users through the computer human interaction.

With the user module, users can take the following decisions:

· to prioritize the areas affected by the disaster and to put existing operational intervention methods into practice:

· red zones

· orange zones

· green zones

· to define the red zone

· to launch interventions on sites

· to estimate human and economic consequences

· to communicate between the different operational levels through the communication sub-module of the simulator

· to manage available means

· to set up and manage international aid
